Pelican and Sun Dog

This perfect circle, that is occasionally seen around the sun, is commonly called a 'Sun Dog'.   It occurs when there is a high haze covering the sun.   The haze is made up of ice crystals that refract the sunlight into a circular rainbow.   I kept trying to catch the pelicans flying by until I got this shot.
