Emperor Penguin Chick On Feet

This emperor penguin chick is two or three weeks old.  He's nice and warm because he snuggled in the brood patch area on his parents feet.  Both male and female Emperor Penguins have an area at the back of their feet with no feathers, in order to brood an egg.
