Herd of Cape Buffalo in Tanzania Africa

This herd of Cape Buffalo was in the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania Africa.  The Spotted Hyenas running in front are a threat only to young Buffalo or injured adults.  Healthy adults are vulnerable only to Lions.  Buffalos can actually outrun Lions but they can't accelerate quickly so they're easily ambushed by the lions.
