Malachite Kingfisher in Africa

The Malachite Kingfisher is a tiny little bird.  It has red feet, a red bill and an ultra-marine blue back.  It has such exquisite coloring it was my favorite bird in Africa.  They live around the edge of ponds and I saw them frequently, but I  seldom got close enough to take their picture.
