Female Eland in Kenya's Masai Mara

At a 1000 pounds this female Eland only weighs half of that of a big male Eland.  This female was hanging around one area in the Masai Mara which might have meant that she had a very small calf hidden somewhere nearby.  After two weeks calves join the herd and form a creche with the other young calves.
