There are five subspecies of Wildebeest but these are the main common species. These Wildebeest are all males so this group is probably a bachelor herd of non-breeding males. These bachelor herds are typically pushed out to the fringes of the prime habitat. I photographed these Wildebeest in the Ngorongoro Crater in Tanzania Africa |
