Pride of Lions in Kenya Africa

In the Ray and Steven Doan Photographic Collection

These female lions with their cubs were part of a large pride on the Masai Mara in Kenya Africa.  We photographed them late one afternoon as they were traveling on a narrow track, where the walking was easier.  They were one their way to the evening hunt.  With so many cubs to feed they have to make a kill every night.
