The grey brown female Masai Ostrich is putting on a typical mating display as she crouches down with her wings spread.  The black bodied male Masai Ostrich has the trademark pink neck and legs of the mating season.  I photographed this pair in the Masai Mara of Kenya.  The open plains of the Mara are typical Ostrich habit.
