Hippos in Kenya Africa

Hippos form groups, in rivers generally, that are under the control of a dominate bull.  Any new male that attempts to join the group will have to fight the alpha bull and a good number of hippos are killed in these fights.  I photographed these hippos in the Mara River on the Masai Mara in Kenya.
